Who are we?
Mark Taylforth, a Chartered Surveyor by profession, has gained a broad knowldege of the commercial and residential property market having owned an Estate Agency practice in the past and been a partner in a prominent commercial Chartered Surveying Practice. He then spent 10 years as Development Director at leading contractor/developer, Barnfield Construction. During that time Pendle Property Developments Limited was set up, which is a company jointly owned with Tim Webber, the owner of Barnfield Construction.
Pendle Property Developments is still active in the market place and is managed by Mark, alongside Pendle Projects, from the office in Blacko near to the Lancashire/North Yorkshire border. Both Pendle Property Developments and Pendle Projects, together with associated joint ventures, are currently involved with schemes in Lancashire, North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.
Mark Taylforth has over 30 years experinece in the following sectors:
- Residential
- Food retail
- Non food retail
- Industrial and warehousing
- Trade counters
- Leisure, including pubs, restaurants and hotels
- Car showrooms
